Hi, I’m Lisa Cresswell and I have been a Leadership Coach and Trainer since 2016. (more info in bio below!)
I have created this range of bite-sized Leadership Tips to make the best leadership methods and approaches accessible to you, financially and time-wise. Most are taken from recordings of live workshops delivered to large audiences, but trimmed down to give you the key points.
Each daily tip will literally take minutes to watch or listen to. Each is the result of extensive reading, learning and experience of working with leaders of small to large businesses all over the world.
I recommend you go through them initially in the daily order that they appear. You can always go back and refresh yourself any time on any particular topic. You'll notice that you come first in this sequence. Your health, strength and resilience are the priority. You cannot do anything else, lead in the way you want to and stretch your skills if you are not in a state of abundant health and energy.
